“Where do you turn when life feels too heavy to carry?”

Book of Psalms 121:1–2 says,

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?

My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

and start looking to God…your strength begins to return.“Your help is not in what surrounds you—it’s in who watches over you.”
