"What Does God Want From Me?"

You have been performing for God the same way you performed for your parents. Trying to be good enough. Doing enough. Earning enough. And you are exhausted.

Here is what nobody told you.

He does not want your performance. He never did.

"What does the Lord require of you? To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God." — Micah 6:8

Not perfection. Not having it all together. Not the version of you that never falls apart.

Just you. Walking with Him. Honestly. Humbly. As you actually are.

If you grew up in a home where love had to be earned — you carried that same blueprint into your relationship with God. You assumed His love had conditions too.

It doesn't.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28

Weary. Burdened. That is who He is calling. Not the put-together version. The real one.

What does God want from you? He wants you to stop performing long enough to let Him show you who He actually made you to be.
