Why God Doesn’t Always Clean Up Your Mess: The Lesson Hidden in the Struggle
Sometimes we
"God, please clean up this mess."
But what if the mess is the lesson?
Throughout the Bible, God often allowed people to walk through difficult situations instead of instantly removing them. Joseph endured betrayal before promotion. David faced giants before becoming king. The Israelites wandered before entering the Promised Land.
Why?
Because God is often more interested in developing your character than simply changing your circumstances.
The struggle may be teaching you wisdom. The setback may be building your faith. The delay may be preparing you for something greater.
Don't quit in the middle of the lesson. God may not always remove the mess immediately, but He will walk with you through it and use it for your growth.
